OHTL Projects — Saudi Aramco

Designed and led Overhead Transmission Line erection and commissioning across 50 km routes. Full scope: sagging, crimping, pole dressing, earth rod testing, and electrical equipment installation for high-voltage Saudi Aramco and SEC infrastructure.

  • Challenge Compressed construction schedule across a 50 km route with multiple crews working in parallel across difficult desert terrain.
  • Solution Sequenced erection and stringing activities using a Primavera P6 look-ahead schedule, re-prioritizing tower sections by terrain access to keep crews continuously productive.
  • Result Maintained schedule adherence while meeting SEC/Aramco HV safety and earth-testing compliance at every span.
